Talon Air is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time, Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our 145-repair station. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about aviation and have a strong
commitment to safety and quality. Talon Air is a leading provider of private jet charter services,
known for our commitment to excellence and safety. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional
service to our clients and maintaining the highest standards in aircraft maintenance and
operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician at Talon Air, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient,
and timely completion of maintenance tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
โ€ข Performing maintenance and alteration tasks in accordance with manufacturers'
instructions, service bulletins, service letters, airworthiness directives, and industry
standards approved by the FAA.
โ€ข Ensuring familiarity with all tools and equipment within your assigned area and verifying
that all tools are in serviceable condition with accurate calibration.
โ€ข Checking that all special tools are available before beginning maintenance tasks, as
specified in applicable manuals.
โ€ข Conducting inspections in the proper sequence and accurately recording any discrepancies
found during the maintenance process.
โ€ข Properly documenting work performed in the appropriate maintenance records.
โ€ข Reporting any non-airworthy conditions to the Maintenance Manager promptly.
โ€ข Maintaining correct tagging and identification of all disassembled components and
subcomponents at all times.
Qualifications
โ€ข Previous experience as a maintenance technician in the aviation industry.
โ€ข Familiarity with FAA regulations and standards.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
โ€ข Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
