Job description

Talon Recruiting has partnered with a National Heavy Equipment company. We are in search of a shop mechanic for their branch in Laval QC.
Ideal Fit:
The ideal fit will have extensive knowledge of all areas of Heavy Equipment maintenance or Forklift repair.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of internal combustion engines (gas and diesel)
Hands on experience maintaining and repairing Heavy Equipment or Forklifts
Must own tool set
Willing to work overtime when needed
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot fuel systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and propane systems
Perform complete repair and overhaul functions, including diagnostics and testing
Perform parts management
Maintain own tools and equipment
Compensation & Benefits:
$30-36+/hour based on experience
