Key Duties:
  • Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with external CPA firms, banks, and other financial partners.
  • Manage sales tax reporting and compliance.
  • Support job costing, inventory reporting, and operational analysis within a manufacturing environment.
  • Partner with ownership on forecasting, growth initiatives, capital investments, and strategic planning.
  • Help improve systems, reporting, and overall financial processes as the company continues to grow.

Highlighted Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 5+ years of accounting leadership experience preferred.
  • Must have experience in the Manufacturing, Logistics or Print Production industries.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and staff at all levels.
