Job description

Talis Group’s company client is a full service title company that provides closing services to Kentucky and Indiana.  Our client is hiring an Escrow Officer for both commercial and residential closings. This position is full time and direct-hire with the title company. Position offers benefits including retirement savings plans with company match, paid time off, and professional development and training opportunities. 
Highlighted Duties:
  • Oversee the escrow process from start to finish for residential, commercial transactions. Processing and closing escrow accounts.  Ensure compliance with all terms of purchase and sales agreements. 
  • Preparing closing statements and instructions, disbursement of funds, issuance of title policies.
  • Communicates important details with all parties involved in these transactions.

Highlighted Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a title clerk, escrow officer or real estate processor desired.
  • Organizational skills, team player mentality, and good communication skills required. 
  • Customer service/ friendly demeanor desired.
  • Computer skills; MS Office, PPT, TEAMS and real estate/ title software required.
