This top-rated law firm, named among the “Best Lawyers in America” numerous times, is hiring an Estate Planning Attorney to join their team in Lexington. NO billable hourly requirement for this particular position.  This position focus primarily on estate planning, including the design and implementation of customized plans for individuals, families, and business owners. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable handling probate matters and advising fiduciaries through the estate administration process.

Highlighted Duties: 
  • Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives).
  • Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, tax planning considerations, and asset protection.
  • Counsel clients on trust funding and post-execution plan maintenance.
  • Handle probate and estate administration matters from start to finish.
  • Represent executors, administrators, and trustees in court proceedings as needed.
  • Provide clear, compassionate guidance to clients during sensitive life transitions.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to deliver holistic client solutions.

Highlighted Requirements:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing in Kentucky.
  • 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred.
  • Probate and estate administration experience preferred.
