Responsibilities:

  • Develops a strategy in support of talent acquisition and builds relationships with business leadership and Human Resources Manager to align talent pipelines needs
  • Post open positions, sources applicants, screens resumes, interviews, and evaluates candidates, and provides a short list to senior hiring managers that meet each role's requirements
  • Writes job descriptions or review and edits job descriptions written by others
  • Partners with the Human Resources Manager, and hiring managers to prepare competitive and fair offers for internal and external talent
  • Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are consistently applied and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs and trade shows
  • Arranges travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants
  • Presents onboarding for new hires
  • General administrative tasks to support other departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
  • Periodic domestic travel is required
  • Strong knowledge of technical recruiting and 3-5 years of experience, Manufacturing/Engineering preferred
  • Understanding of applicant tracking systems
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office knowledge is mandatory
