Job description

The Opportunity
Are you a strategic HR professional ready to go beyond recruiting and help shape the future of how M3 grows, engages, and retains its talent? As a Talent Manager at M3, you'll serve as a true business partner - sitting at the intersection of talent strategy, organizational development, and M3er experience. You'll own M3's onboarding strategy, drive retention and change initiatives, and connect people strategy directly to M3's business growth objectives. If you're an HR professional who thinks broadly, leads with data, and thrives on making a meaningful impact across an entire organization - this role was built for you.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • You'll serve as a strategic consultant to HR leadership and business stakeholders - influencing workforce planning, people decisions, and organizational direction through data-driven insights and a deep understanding of M3's growth objectives.
  • Own M3's Corporate Onboarding Program, driving its continuous evolution and partnering with leaders across the organization to ensure every new M3er's experience reflects our culture and values from day one.
  • Lead retention strategy and change initiatives that go beyond hiring - identifying trends, developing proactive programs, and championing improvements that enhance the M3er experience from hire through long-term career growth.
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, bringing a consultative, strategic lens to every search - from sourcing and pipeline development to offer facilitation and candidate experience.
  • Align talent to business growth, serving as an early-stage business partner to leadership and connecting talent strategy to M3's broader organizational goals and future workforce needs.
  • Elevate the Talent team through thought leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance that raises the bar for talent acquisition across M3.
What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree (B.B.A.) in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of broad human resources experience spanning multiple HR disciplines - talent acquisition, employee relations, HR compliance, and/or organizational development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR strategy, change initiatives, or organizational programs - not just executing on them.
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills with a proven ability to influence leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate pipeline management.
  • Ability to analyze compensation data and support equitable, informed hiring decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
