Extension is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a Contract opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.


Hours: 8am - 5pm

Location: 100% remote!


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing complex scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Strong preference for recruiting experience within healthcare, behavioral health, or mental health.
  • Workday experience required.
  • Must be outgoing, energetic, personable, and comfortable in a highly candidate-facing role.
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and pivot quickly.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, curious, and willing to ask questions to learn quickly.


Key Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate high-volume and complex interview scheduling, including travel, off-site meetings, and video interviews.
  • Provide timely follow-up and maintain active candidate pipelines.
  • Communicate professionally while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver offer letters and other employment-related documents with strong attention to detail.
  • Create and manage job postings and advertisements to effectively market open positions.
  • Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual recruiting events.
  • Support campus recruiting efforts, including career fairs and other recruitment events.
