Position Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant

Location: Remote

Quovis, Inc. is a search firm specializing in the areas of professional search and onsite recruitment consulting, and we're currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to work on a contract assignment.ย 

Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for deliveringย all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization, which will be achieved through the development of local and national recruitingย plans, employing traditional sourcing strategiesย and resources, as wellย as developing new, creative recruiting ideas; Talent Acquisition Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring the hiring of the best possible talent.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans; work with hiring managers onย recruiting project Kick Off meetings; assist in creatingย jobย descriptions, when necessary; lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for eachย open position

  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the positionย requirements; conductย pre-screeningย interviews; assist in performing reference andย backgroundย checksย for potential employees; efficiently and effectively fill open positions

  • Conduct regular update meetings with hiring managers to determine theย effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

  • Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates for anticipated open positions

  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidateย recruiting; build networks to find qualified passive candidates

  • Post openings (LinkedIn, Indeed, Applicant Tracking System), with professionalย organizations, and in other position-appropriate venues

  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and sourceย candidates; locate and document where to find ideal candidates

  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, tradeย groups and employees; create contacts within industry; attend local professional meetings and membership developmentย meetings; maintain regular contact with possible future candidates

  • Help establish a recognizable โ€œEmployer ofย Choiceโ€ reputation for the company, both internally and externally

  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data within theย ATS and/or HRIS

  • Assist in preparing and sending offer packages; perform other special projects as assigned
