Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in supporting Mattr's hiring needs by delivering consistent, highvolume recruitment across a variety of roles. This position focuses on efficiently managing fullcycle recruitment while ensuring a strong candidate experience, high productivity, and alignment with business hiring goals.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to manage multiple requisitions, maintain active candidate pipelines, and meet hiring targets related to timetofill, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work within structured processes while adapting to changing hiring priorities.
Working in a fastpaced environment, this role balances sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder communication to keep hiring moving forward effectively and consistently.

Responsibilities HighVolume Recruitment Delivery
  • Manage fullcycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple functions
  • Review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent
  • Maintain consistent activity levels to meet hiring timelines and productivity targets
Hiring Coordination & Execution
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support recruitment execution
  • Support structured intake discussions and ensure alignment on candidate profiles and expectations
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines through job postings, databases, referrals, and outreach
  • Proactively identify talent to support ongoing and upcoming hiring needs
  • Keep accurate and uptodate records in the ATS
Candidate Experience
  • Provide a responsive, professional, and positive experience for all candidates
  • Ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Support fair and consistent assessment practices
Stakeholder Support & Collaboration
  • Build effective working relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring activity
  • Support team initiatives and collaborate with peers to meet overall hiring goals
Process & Performance Management
  • Follow established recruitment processes to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Track key recruitment metrics such as timetofill, pipeline activity, and candidate conversion rates
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in fullcycle recruitment, preferably in highvolume or fastpaced environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver against hiring targets
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
  • Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, databases, and direct outreach
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on responsiveness and collaboration
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively within structured processes while adapting to changing priorities
