The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for defining and executing the recruitment strategy for their assigned business portfolio. In partnership with HR leaders and hiring managers, this individual leads a team of recruiters, ensures hiring objectives are achieved, and contributes to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and the candidate experience. This role combines team leadership, strategic consulting, performance management, and stakeholder influence within a transforming environment.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead, develop, and engage a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors and Specialists.

  • Establish team priorities, objectives, and performance metrics.

  • Ensure ongoing skills development and succession planning.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnership

  • Advise hiring managers and HR leaders on recruitment strategies.

  • Influence decisions related to talent attraction, assessment, and selection.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align recruitment initiatives with organizational needs.

  • Actively participate in workforce planning and strategic growth initiatives.

Recruitment Operations Management

  • Oversee recruitment activities across multiple business units.

  • Ensure compliance with service-level agreements, hiring timelines, and quality standards.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • Experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition teams.

  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed corporate environment.

  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.
