Job description

Nuovo Artistic Studios is the premier destination for all things self-love. A by-women company and one of the largest artistic photography companies in North America, Nuovo is on a mission to empower individuals by fostering confidence and self-expression while celebrating intimacy and individuality.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the recruitment process and contribute to HR and Talent initiatives. In addition to recruitment activities, you will support key projects that help improve hiring processes, strengthen employer branding, and contribute to the evolution of Nuovo's talent programs. 

 This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and explore a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. 

This Internship will take place from August 31st to December 18th, 2026

What You'll Do:

Sourcing & Talent Attraction

  • Support in posting job ads across platforms
  • Assist in the selection process with CV Screenings 
  • Help identify and reach out to potential candidates 
  • Support building candidate pipelines for future hiring needs 

Interviewing & Candidate Evaluation

  • Participate in initial candidate interviews and learn how to assess fit to the role and company 
  • Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process 

Reporting & Recruitment Administration

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS
  • Support the team with recruitment reporting and performance tracking 

Talent Projects

  • Contribute to talent projects such as employee referral programs, campus recruitment, interviewer training, and employer branding.
  • Assist with research and ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience 

Requirements

About You:
  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or related field 
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition 
  • Knowledge in recruitment platforms and softwares (Indeed, Linkedin, Workable, are an asset) 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Active listening, collaboration and adaptability 
  • Detail-oriented and eagerness to learn 
  • Fluent in English, French and Spanish is considered a strong asset
