Main responsibilities: Analyze, validate and execute medical prescriptions in accordance with professional standards. Verify the accuracy of prescriptions and ensure compliance with medication distribution guidelines. Supervise the activities of pharmacy technicians. Ensure the safe management of medications, including narcotics and controlled substances. Responding to pharmacological information requests from clinical teams. Identify, prevent and resolve problems related to pharmacotherapy. Participate in the management of stock shortages and supplies. Assist in the preparation of sterile and non-sterile medications when required. Participate in quality assurance, risk management and continuous improvement activities.
