Job description

The Pharmacy Clerk plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations of a traditional retail pharmacy by providing excellent customer service. Working within a small team of 1-3 members, the clerk reports directly to the Pharmacy Manager and helps ensure smooth workflow and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by answering questions and directing them appropriately
  • Manage front-end operations including prescription drop-off and pick-up
  • Support inventory control and restocking of pharmacy supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure compliance with policies
