The CHSLD Age-3 is looking for a pharmacist with a first-cycle doctorate in pharmacy (Pharm. D.) to join its multidisciplinary team in its two private, contracted facilities, recognized for the quality of their care and their caring atmosphere. To be a member in good standing of the Quebec Order of Pharmacists Experience in a long-term care facility is an asset Hold or commit to obtaining the title of Associate Clinician from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Montreal and/or the title of Clinical Lecturer from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Laval University A valid driver's license is required to travel between the two establishments.
