Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, and basic HR software is typically required. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills set strong candidates apart in this role. These competencies are crucial for efficiently identifying and securing top talent, ensuring organizational hiring needs are met even within a part-time schedule.
