The Regional Vice President, Wealth Advisory is responsible for leading and supporting a portfolio of advisor practices within an assigned territory. Working closely with the President, CI Wealth, this role focuses on driving business growth, enhancing operation efficiency, and ensuring the overall success of financial advisor practices. The Regional Vice President acts as a strategic partner to advisors, helping them optimize performance, grow assets under management and deliver exceptional client experiences. With the VP, Practice Management, this role will be essential to developing talent and career paths for our internal advisory group.

Vos responsabilites:

Soutien aux cabinets de conseillers

  • Superviser les cabinets de conseillers financiers d'un territoire defini et leur offrir un encadrement continu ainsi que des conseils strategiques.
  • Surveiller la productivite et l'incidence des conseillers ainsi que l'harmonisation de leurs activites avec les objectifs de la societe, en assurant la gestion en fonction de nos indicateurs cles de rendement applicables aux conseillers, notamment la fidelisation et la croissance de la clientele, le service a la clientele, la diversification des sources de revenus et la prestation de conseils en planification de patrimoine adaptes aux differents segments de clientele.
  • Collaborer avec les conseillers pour elaborer des plans d'affaires alignes sur les objectifs organisationnels.
  • Aider les conseillers a accroitre leur productivite et a ameliorer leurs strategies d'acquisition et de fidelisation de la clientele.
  • Agir comme principal intermediaire entre les conseillers et les fonctions du siege social.

Croissance des ventes et developpement des affaires

  • Stimuler la croissance des revenus en reperant des occasions d'accroitre les actifs sous gestion et l'implantation aupres de la clientele.
  • Encadrer les conseillers relativement aux strategies de vente, a la gestion du bassin d'occasions d'affaires et aux interactions avec les clients.
  • Surveiller les indicateurs de rendement cles et mettre en uvre des plans d'action pour combler les lacunes.
  • Aider l'equipe de developpement des affaires a attirer de nouveaux conseillers au sein de notre reseau.

Operations:

  • Veiller a ce que les cabinets de conseillers exercent leurs activites efficacement et conformement aux politiques de la societe et aux exigences reglementaires.
  • Reperer et mettre en uvre des pratiques exemplaires afin d'ameliorer la prestation des services a la clientele.
  • Favoriser l'adoption des technologies et l'amelioration des processus au sein des cabinets de conseillers.

Leadership et gestion des relations

  • Etablir des relations solides et de confiance avec les conseillers et leurs equipes.
  • Influencer et motiver les conseillers a atteindre les objectifs commerciaux.
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes dans les domaines de la distribution, du marketing, de la conformite et des operations.
  • Attirer de nouveaux conseillers financiers au sein du programme grace au reseautage et a des demarches proactives.

Competences requises:

  • Baccalaureat; une maitrise en administration des affaires (MBA) ou un titre professionnel de niveau superieur constitue un atout.
  • De 7 a 10ans ou plus d'experience en gestion de patrimoine, en services financiers ou dans un poste en contact direct avec des conseillers.
  • Experience eprouvee en stimulation de la croissance des ventes et en gestion d'equipes en contact direct avec la clientele.
  • Solide comprehension des modeles d'affaires des conseillers financiers et de la gestion de cabinet.
  • Connaissance des cadres reglementaires et de conformite applicables au secteur des services financiers.
  • Le bilinguisme francais-anglais constitue un atout.

What You Will Do:

Advisor Practice Support

  • Oversee a defined territory of financial advisor practices, providing ongoing coaching and strategic guidance.
  • Monitor advisor productivity and impact and alignment with the firm objectives - managing to our advisor KPI's, ranging from client retention and growth, servicing, broadening revenue sources and the delivery of segmented, wealth planning advice
  • Partner with advisors to develop business plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support advisors in improving productivity, client acquisition and retention strategies
  • Act as the primary liaison between advisors and head office functions.

Sales Growth and Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to increase asset under management and client penetration.
  • Coach advisors on sales strategies, pipeline management and client engagements.
  • Monitor key performance metric and implement action plans to address gaps.
  • Support the Business Development team in attracting new advisors to our network.

Operations:

  • Ensure advisor practices operate efficiently and in alignment with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance client service delivery.
  • Support technology adoption and process improvements with advisor practices.

Leadership and Relationship Management

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with advisors and their teams.
  • Influence and motivate advisors to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stake holders across distribution, marketing, compliance and operations.
  • Attract new Financial Advisors to the program through networking and pro active outreach.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced designation is an asset)
  • 7-10+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services or advisor facing role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing client facing teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial advisor business models and practice management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks within financial services.
  • Bilingual in French & English an asset.
