Become a Key Player as a Talent Partner 4

You will drive candidate generation and deliver high-quality talent to hiring partners, ensuring a steady pipeline for critical roles. You will collaborate with recruiting partners, hiring managers, and cross-functional experts to influence hiring strategy and market positioning. This is a Hybrid role (onsite cadence noted as hybrid).

  • Identify, prospect, and present short-lists of exceptional candidates to Talent Partners
  • Manage 10+ critical searches concurrently across various phases of the recruiting cycle
  • Conduct market research and present competitive landscape insights supported by research and market data
  • Market and advertise critical roles across external sites, blogs, user groups, and social networks
  • Maintain continuous sourcing to ensure a steady stream of talent regardless of vacancy approval status
  • Advise recruiting partners and hiring managers on candidate positioning and market trends
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 0–3+ years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting
  • Strong business acumen and up-to-date knowledge of market trends
  • Current with social technologies and candidate sourcing best practices and techniques
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
  • Proven networking skills and ability to build relationships with passive candidates
  • Comfortable handling rejection and overcoming objections
