About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Junior Talent Solutions Associate to join our team. In this entry-level role, you'll support the full recruiting lifecycle - sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates - while helping build and maintain relationships with client companies looking to fill open positions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both recruiting and client-facing work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates for open roles across multiple client accounts
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in matching qualified candidates with client needs and job requirements
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
  • Support outreach efforts to attract new candidates and expand talent pipelines
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist senior team members with client meetings, job postings, and market research
