Job description

Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Project/Program Manager in to support country-specific e-commerce compliance initiatives for a leading telecommunications client. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in compliance program management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cross-functional coordination, and managing e-commerce launch requirements in highly regulated environments.


Job Title: Project/Program Manager III

Location: Arlington, VA 22202

Duration: 12 months (possible extension or conversion to full time)


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Write and document business requirements for country-specific e-commerce launches.
  • Lead and coordinate compliance-related workstreams for e-commerce requirements delivery and testing.
  • Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple initiatives.
  • Create, review, maintain, and manage test cases using testing tools.
  • Coordinate testing workstreams across cross-functional stakeholders and business teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned testing and compliance initiatives.
  • Track project progress, testing activities, and issue resolution using Jira and related tools.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5โ€“7 years of Program/Project Management experience with the ability to manage larger, complex initiatives independently.
  • Experience managing compliance workstreams for e-commerce requirements delivery and testing.
  • Strong experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and test case management.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for project and issue tracking.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Telecommunications industry experience (highly preferred).
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries.
  • Hands-on experience with TestRail for test management.
  • Experience using Smartsheet for project planning and tracking.
  • General compliance or regulatory program experience.
