Job Title: Program Manager Talent Management & Organizational Development

Location: Houston, TX 77024
Duration: 3 Months Contract


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives within Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Learning programs. This role will be responsible for driving program strategy, execution, and performance, while supporting employee engagement and leadership development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program management for talent, learning, and organizational development initiatives
  • Develop and execute program strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Oversee change management efforts and drive adoption across stakeholders
  • Develop and track KPIs, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and performance
  • Manage program budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to enhance talent and engagement initiatives
  • Create and deliver presentations to executive audiences
  • Apply human-centered design and agile methodologies to improve program effectiveness

Required Qualifications<>Education
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field (required)
  • Master s degree (preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in program management within one or more areas:
