Job Title: Program Manager – Talent Acquisition Operations

Location: Remote with occasional onsite work.

Client: Major Entertainment Company

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $80/hr on W2

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations / Program Manager to drive recruiting workflows, process improvements, technology initiatives, and cross-functional programs. The role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Security, Legal, Finance, and business leadership to improve recruiting operations and deliver scalable solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Partner with TA leadership and cross-functional teams as an SME for recruiting operations, workflows, processes, and tools.

·       Design and optimize end-to-end recruiting workflows with a focus on scalability, automation, efficiency, and simplification.

·       Lead process improvement and technology implementation initiatives across Talent Acquisition.

·       Partner with Product and Engineering teams on requirements, solution design, backlog prioritization, and delivery.

·       Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

·       Use recruiting data and operational metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and drive actionable improvements.

·       Support testing, troubleshooting, rollout, training, and adoption of new recruiting tools and processes.

·       Develop and govern process documentation, training materials, and self-service resources.

·       Partner with TA Programs to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.

·       Work with Data & Analytics, Security, and Legal to address governance, compliance, and risk considerations.

·       Drive cross-functional alignment, resolve blockers, and participate in project post-mortems and continuous improvement.

 

Required Qualifications

·       5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related field.

·       Proven experience designing and improving global recruiting workflows and processes.

·       Strong experience managing cross-functional projects and complex stakeholder groups.

·       Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams; familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.

·       Experience with recruiting technology implementations, process optimization, and change management.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

·       Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

·       Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana.

·       Workday HCM and ATS experience required.

·       Eightfold experience strongly preferred.

·       Strong understanding of TA processes, systems, and recruitment lifecycle workflows; ability to operate as a recruiting operations SME.

 

Ideal Candidate

·       A hands-on TA Operations / Program Manager who can quickly understand business problems, translate requirements into practical solutions, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and continuously improve recruiting processes, technology, and operational efficiency.

Location / Work Arrangement:

·       Primarily remote, with a flexible onsite schedule.

·       Candidates should be within commuting distance of one of the following offices and available for occasional onsite work:
