THE TEAM At Rosewood Calistoga, the Talent & Culture Division plays a central role in shaping the associate experience, supporting leaders, and building a workplace culture rooted in Relationship Hospitality. As Talent & Culture Manager, you will support the strategy and execution of people-related initiatives across the hotel, partnering closely with department leaders on talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and compliance programs. Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, this role serves as a trusted advisor and culture champion, helping to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace aligned with Rosewood's values. YOUR ROLE As Talent & Culture Manager, you will help shape and sustain a workplace culture that reflects Rosewood's commitment to excellence, purpose, and Relationship Hospitality. Working closely with the Director of Talent & Culture, you will drive key people initiatives across talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, engagement, and performance management. You will play a vital role in enhancing the associate experience, strengthening retention, supporting organizational effectiveness, and positioning Rosewood Calistoga as an employer of choice. HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE * Support the Director of Talent & Culture in the implementation and administration of Talent & Culture programs, initiatives, policies, and procedures. * Serve as a trusted resource for associates and leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, policies, career development, and workplace concerns. * Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience management. * Oversee onboarding and orientation experiences that create a warm welcome and support successful integration into the Rosewood Calistoga culture. * Partner with department leaders to identify learning and development opportunities and coordinate training initiatives that support business goals and associate growth. * Support associate engagement, recognition, wellness activities, celebrations, HR reporting, compliance, payroll administration, and key employee lifecycle processes with discretion and care. COULD THIS BE YOU? * You bring demonstrated leadership experience in Talent & Culture operations and approach your work with a strategic, proactive, and service-oriented mindset. * You are a strong communicator and relationship builder who can influence, collaborate, and guide outcomes across all levels of the organization and with external partners. * You understand employment practices, labor laws, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and performance management. * You are passionate about fostering an engaging, inclusive, and people-focused culture aligned with Rosewood standards. * You bring education or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. * You thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through engagement, retention, recognition, and development. OUR BENEFITS As part of our team, you'll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes medical coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, global career opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave supporting eligible associates across all paths to parenthood. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard and valued. We're a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We're not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them, and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
