Position Overview

We'relooking for a highly organized, techsavvy, and solutionsdriven Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to elevate how our teamoperates. In this role,you'llbe the engine behind our recruiting technology,recruitingvendorrelationships,and operational initiatives. If you loveoptimizingsystems, aligning stakeholders, improving processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters and candidates-this is your opportunity to makea big impact!

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Agency Relationships

  • Be thecentral pointof coordination for external recruiting agencies
  • Review and update Master Service Agreements (MSAs) in partnership with Legal and Procurement
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Partners on agency usage and compliance
  • Ensure agency partners are aligned to policy,expectationsand performance standards

Talent Acquisition Technology

  • Supportandoptimizethe technology that powers Talent Acquisition
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with TA technology vendors across sourcing, pre-employment screening, and compliance platforms
  • Evaluate current tools andidentifynew technologies
  • Drive implementation and configuration of new TA tools and features
  • Partner closely with Procurement on renewals,contractsand RFPs
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and performance conversations with TA technology vendors
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, useradoptionand stability
  • Collaboratecross functionallywithIT, Legal, HR Compliance, and Data Privacy

Operations Support

  • Influence and evolve how our recruitment team operates
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives across the TA function
  • Develop documentation, playbooks,guidesand process maps
  • Support global alignment projects to drive consistency and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with TA leadership on strategic initiatives that enhance recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate experience
  • Provide reporting support such as generating TA dashboards, tracking performancemetricsand delivering insights

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of threeyears experienceinTalent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, HRIS/TA Systems, or a related role
  • Experience withapplicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, sourcing tools, or preemployment screening technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
  • Proven ability to manage projects, implement new tools, and support process improvements
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite-mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience supporting global or multiregional teams
  • Familiarity with MSAs, SOWs, or procurement processes
  • Background inTalent Acquisitionvendor relationship management, including contract support, performance evaluation, and renewal cycles

Expected Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's basepaycompensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience,educationand internal peer compensationcomparisons among other potential factors.
