Reporting to the AVP, Talent Management, this role leads the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program, supports the work of the Inclusive Culture Advisory Council, and drives culture initiatives at F&G. In close partnership with the Talent Management team, the role helps align culture efforts with broader talent development and engagement priorities.
