Job description

Avanciers are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting and partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract top talent across the organization. This role requires a strategic recruiter who can develop sourcing plans, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience while supporting business growth in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Source candidates through internal talent pools, external networks, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate records and recruitment activities within Workday ATS.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates and reports to leadership.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay current with recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''''''''''''''''s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition or RPO environment.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment from job intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Experience using Workday ATS is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting hiring in large, global organizations.
  • Knowledge of recruiting analytics and talent market trends.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and HR teams to develop strategic hiring solutions.
  • Strong consulting, influencing, and customer service skills.
