Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is accountable for driving results in a fast-paced environment by assisting the Talent Acquistion team in identifying candidates. The TA Sourcer is a recruitment specialist who proactively researches, identifies, and engages potential candidates before they even apply for a job. They specialize in finding "passive" talent using advanced search techniques and builds talent pipelines for current and future roles. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer works with the TA team in a supporting role while developing the skills to advance to a TA Partner.

In this role, the Sourcer focuses on sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting high performing talent aligned with Alcami's culture. The Sourcer demonstrates a passion to deliver service excellence to hiring managers and fosters a positive candidate experience.

The Sourcer works collaboratively with the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), the Talent Acquisition Team, and other internal stakeholders on the status of searches. The position requires excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.

On-Site Expectations
  • 100% remote position.
  • Candidates who reside near an Alcami site are preferred with a preference for those located in or around the Raleigh-Durham area.
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
  • Executes efficient and professional practices for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting high performing talent ensuring service excellence, positive candidate experience, and timely results.
  • Implements and may develop, sourcing strategies contributing to proactive talent management using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining, and other relevant methods.
  • Engages in detailed job scope conversations during the intake meeting with the hiring manager and TA team to determine position specifications for assigned requisitions.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes, and interview support.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates, develop new channels of sourcing for our various locations.
  • Attend in-person and virtual job fairs in coordination with the TA team, HR, and Hiring Managers
  • Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the Team.
  • Leverage the applicant tracking system to maximize quality and accuracy of applicant flow and drives timely review of applicants who have applied.
  • Works collaboratively with 3rd party vendors on recruitment searches for temporary roles.
  • Develops and provides accurate and regular reporting of sourcing activities and uses KPIs and trend analysis to proactively identify opportunities for service excellence.
  • Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimally 1-2 years of demonstrated talent sourcing experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment required.
  • Proficiency and experience with ICIMS tracking systems preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrates discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Self-starter who demonstrates flexibility and who effectively works independently and in teams.
  • Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Expert proficiency with Excel.
Travel Expectations
  • Up to 10% travel required.
