Talent Acquisition Specialist – Talent Finder & Culture Builder

North Star Insurance Advisors is one of the fastest-growing final expense insurance agencies in the nation. We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on connecting the right people to the right opportunities. If you love building relationships, have a knack for spotting talent, and want to help grow a winning team, this is the role for you.

???? What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage the full recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs, attract top talent, and help shape the future of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales and support roles
  • Manage job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers
  • Guide candidates through the offer and onboarding process
  • Track recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
