We're a collaborative, fast-moving team where you'll partner directly with sales hiring managers to build sourcing strategies and close top talent efficiently and equitably. If you enjoy finding great teammates, crafting outreach that gets meaningful replies, and watching new hires turn into success stories, we'd love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, interview plans, and hiring timelines.Build and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and talent communities.Conduct structured phone screens and coordinate interview logistics with candidates and interviewers.Facilitate a consistent, inclusive interview process; train interviewers on best practices and assist with conducting interviews as needed.Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data; produce pipeline and time-to-fill reporting.Draft job ads; optimize postings using market insights and performance data.Support onboarding handoff and ensure an exceptional candidate-to-new-hire experience.Onboarding Partner: Manage onboarding coordination (checklists, materials, access readiness, Week 1 facilitation, and milestone tracking) and deliver onboarding training courses, as needed.Drive continuous improvement initiatives (process, templates, and employer branding).The ideal Talent Acquisition teammate will be self-motivated, team-oriented, resilient, and proactive.
