Job description

This is a perfect role for a recent college grad looking to join a fun dynamic team. You'll lead the charge in designing and delivering innovative learning experiences that don't just tick boxes, but spark real impact. You'll partner with subject matter experts, team members across the company, and key stakeholders to craft solutions that align with our goals, enhance operational efficiency, and help us attract and retain top talent.
This isn't just a training role, it's a chance to make every employee's learning journey more engaging, effective, and aligned with who we are as a company. We're looking for someone who brings both a willingness to learn and heart to the table as well as someone who can foster collaboration and bring positive energy to everyday tasks.
This position is in the office at our Brookfield, WI office, approximately one day per week, offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitates virtual zoom meetings for field and home office employees including onboarding of new employees and continuing education for existing employees
  • Maintains effective training collateral by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and/or other stakeholders, including external vendors (as needed)
  • Video editing of training content
  • Delivers on multiple priorities through practicing effective organizational and time management abilities
  • Maintains training content in our Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinates and maintains logistics for training courses and programs, including scheduling
  • Responsible for training attendance tracking and reporting of all training related KPIs.
  • Schedules initial training for all loan originators, including Encompass, Element, Marketing Training, CRM Training, etc.
  • Partner with the Chief People and Administration Officer with administrative tasks including expense reports and event planning

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: BS/BA in business, Human Resources, Communications, or a relevant field required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Positive attitude to take on any challenge and go above and beyond.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to engage learners in discussions during training sessions by creating an environment of fun and sharing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including consulting and active listening skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Demonstrates good problem solving and decision-making skills along with the ability to exercise sound judgement with limited information

COMPUTER SKILLS:
  • Adapt at learning various tools
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) or have the ability to quickly learn
  • Experience creating materials in Canva
  • Experience with video editing
  • Ability to manage and maintain an LMS (with vendor support)
