As a Senior Talent Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent at Honeywell. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will partner with business leaders to identify talent needs, create succession plans, and ensure a pipeline of high-potential employees. Additionally, you will lead performance management processes, design and deliver training and development programs, and collaborate with HR partners to drive talent management initiatives. By leveraging your expertise in talent management, you will contribute to the growth and success of Honeywell's workforce.
