Job Purpose
The Talent Development Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for leadership development programs and other talent initiatives within People Operations. This role coordinates the logistics, communications, data, and processes that ensure talent development programs are delivered efficiently and provide a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the Branch Manager Training Program (BMTP) and other Talent Development initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, data entry, tracking, and communication.

  • Serve as a point of contact for program participants and stakeholders, delivering timely and high-quality customer service; monitor shared inboxes/chats and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure completion of onboarding tasks, including submitting Fleet and IT requests and booking travel as needed.

  • Input and maintain accurate data in Workday, ensuring records are up-to-date; enroll employees in e-learning courses, track progress, and report on results.

  • Support the delivery of new hire orientation, including preparing materials, room setup, and facilitating sessions as needed.

  • Maintain strong, collaborative, and productive relationships with HR partners and company stakeholders.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Talent Development and People Operations initiatives.

Qualifications
Required:
  • 2 years of experience in HR and/or an administrative support role.

  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to track and manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables with high attention to detail.

  • Customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and foster strong relationships across the organization.

  • Strong facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings.

  • Working understanding of talent development and/or human resource principles, practices and procedures.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.

  • Willingness to travel up to 15% within the United States and Canada.

Preferred:
  • Experience working in a high-growth, multi-site environment.

  • Experience facilitating new hire orientation programs.

  • Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms.

Working Conditions
  • The Talent Development Coordinator will be based in an office environment in our Dallas location.

  • Occasional travel (up to 15%) to Groundworks corporate office, branch locations or company events is required.
  • Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000. Salary determined based on experience.
