$20.00-$21.50 per hour
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across the organization. You'll partner with hiring managers to identify top talent, create an outstanding candidate experience, and work alongside the rest of our HR team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new employee.
Responsibilities include:
  • Manage recruitment for a variety of positions across the organization
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community partnerships
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Extend employment offers and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Attend career fairs and community recruiting events
  • Build relationships with colleges, workforce organizations, and community partners
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and applicant tracking records
  • Partner closely with the HR Coordinator and HR Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every new employee
  • Help strengthen our employer brand and attract exceptional talent

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • One to three years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
  • Healthcare or nonprofit recruiting experience is a plus
  • Valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
  • Frequent communication with applicants, employees, and managers.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds for recruiting events or orientation materials.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to recruitment events, career fairs, or organizational locations
