This role oversees the recruiting and training teams while designing, implementing, and continuously improving programs that support employee growth, leadership effectiveness, and operational excellence.This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position that balances strategic planning with execution. Success requires equal comfort developing recruiting and training systems in the office and implementing them in store environments.Because the company operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, schedule flexibility, including occasional evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays, is required. This role is not remote and is not strictly administrative.## Qualifications**Required*** Five or more years of experience in talent acquisition, training, talent development, or related leadership roles.* Experience managing recruiting and/or training teams.* Demonstrated success designing recruiting strategies and training programs.* Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.* Strong organizational and project management skills.* Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.* Willingness to travel regularly to company locations.**Preferred*** Bachelor's degree.* Certified Professional in Talen Development (CPTD) or similar professional certification.* Experience in convenience store, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other multi-unit 24/7 operations.* Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design. #J-18808-Ljbffr
