Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned departments while delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and self-starter who enjoys building relationships, sourcing talent, and driving recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units and departments
  • Source and engage qualified candidates using proactive recruiting strategies
  • Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and interview applicants to assess qualifications
  • Present qualified candidate pipelines to hiring managers in a timely manner
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer processes
  • Determine compensation offers using established compensation guidelines and extend offers
  • Manage internal transfer requests and post-offer onboarding steps
  • Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and hiring leaders to ensure a positive recruitment experience
  • Track recruiting activity and reporting metrics through ATS and internal reporting tools
  • Coordinate and attend recruitment events, career fairs, and networking functions
  • Present hiring updates and recruitment progress to leadership as needed


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing methods, and employment practices
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and electronic reporting systems
