What You'll Do
  • Own Your Market: Develop and execute a targeted outbound strategy to identify, engage, and close new client relationships within your designated vertical and geography
  • Build a Book of Business: Drive net new revenue through cold outreach, relationship-building, strategic account mapping, and consultative selling from first conversation to signed contract
  • Grow Existing Accounts: Identify cross-selling opportunities within Soni's 1,500+ signed client base and deepen relationships to expand wallet share
  • Operate as a Consultant: Position yourself as a trusted market advisor - bringing industry insights, compensation data, and workforce intelligence to every client conversation
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner tightly with recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met with speed, precision, and the right talent
  • Pipeline with Discipline: Maintain a rigorous, data-driven approach to pipeline management using CRM and AI tools -tracking activity, forecasting revenue, and optimizing your strategy in real time
  • Represent the Brand: Show up as a senior representative of Soni in the market at client meetings, industry events, and every touchpoint in between
What You Bring
  • 3-6 Years of Experienceย in business development, sales, or account management preferably within staffing, professional services, or a related industry
  • A Proven Production Record: You've carried a quota, hit it, and exceeded it. You can show your numbers and you're proud of them
  • Hunter Mentality: You build pipeline from scratch. You don't wait for inbound leads you create your own opportunities through outbound discipline and relentless follow-through
  • Consultative Selling Skills: You listen before you pitch. You diagnose before you prescribe. You win trust before you win business
  • Market Intelligence: Familiarity with the Technology or professional services talent landscape is a strong advantage
  • Radical Communication: You're direct, credible, and confident at every level - from hiring managers to C-suite stakeholders

$75,000 - $100,000 a year
For this position, the compensation structure is base salary + commission + high performance bonus. On target earnings are expected to range between $140,000 - $200,000 a year.ย
