Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to build effective hiring strategies, improve recruitment processes, strengthen employer branding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

The role also drives workforce planning, recruitment analytics, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives to support organizational growth and talent objectives.

What you'll do

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and organizational capability requirements.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, operational, and leadership roles.
  • Lead sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality hiring delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Drive structured interview and selection processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring best practices.
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment insights to business leaders.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on onboarding and workforce planning activities.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance attraction of top talent.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support recruitment marketing campaigns and university partnerships where applicable
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Ensure data accuracy within ATS/HCM systems.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and external partnerships.
  • Lead, coach, and develop recruiters or TA specialists
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and service-oriented culture.
  • Support capability building within the recruitment function.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or matrix organization.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
  • Prior experience leading TA teams is preferred.
  • Experience with ATS/HCM platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP is an advantage.
