Who You Are:

TheCoordinator, Talent Acquisition Operations to support our executive recruiting team and hiring managers in delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience. In this role, you will play a critical part in the hiring process by managing interview scheduling logistics and supporting various administrative tasks for the Talent Acquisition (TA) function.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment between candidates and internal interviewers.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters throughout the interview process.
  • Manage and update interview details in the Phenom People our CRM.
  • Prepare and send interview confirmations, agendas, and follow-up communications to all stakeholders.
  • Assist with candidate travel arrangements (if applicable).
  • Maintain and track data to support reporting on interview logistics and hiring activity.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or process bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance the TA team's efficiency, candidate experience, and employer brand.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when managing logistics or data.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
