The Opportunity:

Revolution Medicines is seeking a passionate and growth-minded Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst II to play a critical role in supporting and optimizing recruiting operations, processes, systems, reporting, and vendor management across the organization. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR, Finance, and business leaders by ensuring operational excellence throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical, systems-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging technology, data, and process improvement to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.

The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in recruiting operations, systems, and process improvement to drive operational efficiencies, ensure the integrity and optimization of recruiting technologies, support critical talent acquisition programs, and continuously enhance the effectiveness and scalability of the Talent Acquisition function.

Responsibilities:

Operations & Process Management

  • Support day-to-day recruiting operations and ensure efficient execution of end-to-end hiring processes.

  • Develop, document, maintain, and continuously improve recruiting workflows, policies, standard operating procedures, and governance practices.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and data privacy requirements.

Recruiting Systems Administration

  • Serve as a primary business administrator and subject matter expert for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruiting technologies.

  • Manage system configurations, user access, workflow enhancements, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Partner with HRIS, IT, vendors, and system stakeholders to support system upgrades and new technology implementations.

  • Monitor data quality and maintain system integrity across recruiting platforms.

Vendor & Program Management

  • Support management of recruiting vendors, agencies, and recruiting assessment providers.

  • Track vendor performance, utilization, and spend.

  • Assist with contract renewals, invoice management, and budget reporting.

Project & Change Management

  • Lead and support implementation of new recruiting tools.

  • Participate in strategic system-related TA initiatives and cross-functional HR projects.

  • Develop training materials and deliver education sessions for recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers.

  • Drive adoption of best practices and change management efforts across recruiting teams.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, HR Systems.

  • Experience administering and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, iCIMS, Lever, or similar platforms).

  • Strong analytical skills with experience supporting recruiting data and metrics.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

  • Experience working with recruiting technologies and recruiting system integrations.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across HR, business, and technical teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting recruiting operations in high-growth biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.

  • Experience with Greenhouse and HR-system integrations.

  • Knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements, including OFCCP, EEO, and data privacy regulations.

  • Experience implementing recruiting technologies or leading process improvement projects.
