We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help build the workforce that powers our operation. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and partner closely with leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the business. You'll play an important role in delivering a great candidate experience while supporting business growth in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

  • Source and attract candidates through recruiting platforms, employee referrals, networking, events, direct outreach, and other sourcing channels.

  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and team needs.

  • Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demands.

  • Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and provide reporting and hiring insights as needed.

  • Support recruiting events, on-site hiring activities, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment practices.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

  • 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing, industrial, operations, or other fast-paced environments preferred.

  • Experience recruiting in union and non-union environments preferred.

  • Experience supporting a startup, rapidly growing, or changing organization is highly desirable.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment.
