Job description

AG Consulting Partners is looking for a proactive and adaptable Talent Acquisition Manager to help effectively support various aspects of the Talent Acquisition function at the firm. Only candidates in Washington state will be considered for this Talent Acquisition Manager role.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager at AG Consulting Partners, your typical day could encompass the following:
  • Processing position requisitions and processing all applications, resumes, and internal job postings
  • Utilizing an applicant tracking system to track applicants and statistics
  • Leading candidate intake and discovery calls and assist them with the job search process
  • Partnering with hiring managers to provide consultation and recruiting strategies to ensure a timely and effective hiring process that exceeds client expectations and elevates the candidate experience
  • Using a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to obtain a pool of well-qualified candidates
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges
  • Developing talent acquisition strategies to ensure that company business objectives and goals are met
  • Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company
  • Building strong, impactful relationships and help elevate AG Consulting Partners' employment brand to a highly competitive level
  • Identifying approaches to enhance candidate experience throughout hiring plans
  • Providing proactive reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes
  • Serving as the contact person for questions from candidates
  • Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the entire interview lifecycle from initial contact to start date
  • Maintaining and update a prospective candidate pipeline by cold calling/prospecting calls

Requirements
You have:
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical and/or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting (consulting or staffing agency recruiting experience preferred)
  • Must be currently residing in Washington state.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience sourcing and closing candidates ranging from entry level to senior project management positions
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other relevant recruitment technologies
  • Ability and confidence to identify and analyze issues, make decisions, and initiate actions/solutions
  • Ability to self-manage; proactive "driver" mentality
  • Extreme adaptability and ability to pivot quickly
