The Talent Acquisition Coordinator On Call supports the Talent Acquisition team in providing outstanding experience to our candidates and hiring managers. As a member of the TA team, this individual contributor role is responsible for scheduling candidate interviews, booking candidate travel, extending offers to candidates, and completing administrative tasks that support the talent acquisition process. This is an oncall, variabletime position, meaning the coordinator will work on an asneeded basis depending on Talent Acquisition team’s workload.


  • Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate travel, screen applications and/or resumes of candidates.
  • Extend offers to frontline candidates in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Monitor the careers inbox and reply to candidate messages following established company guidelines and service standards.
  • Administers group screening processes and communicates with candidates.
  • Serves as the candidates’ “link” to the company throughout their Talent Acquisition journey.
  • Tracks and updates candidate statuses in Candidate Relationship Management and/or Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Upholds the brand and experience standards for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Occasionally assist in the coordination or day to day functioning of frontline hiring events.
  • Ability to work remotely, with occasional inoffice work required based on business needs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Talent Acquisition team.

Required

  • 2 years of experience in human resources, administrative, customer service, or related area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Able to proactively anticipate the needs of the Talent Acquisition team and initiate coordination activities.
  • Ability to meet or beat deadlines with a high level of follow through.
  • Ability to be collaborative with talent acquisition staff and accountable to shared goals.
  • Detailed oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting and/or onboarding

$59,400 --- $83,150 / year

Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon employees. Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.

Note: We don’t typically hire at the top of the range.
