Summary
AOI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting operation. This role plays an important part in maintaining an efficient, consistent, and well-structured hiring process by coordinating complex interview schedules, supporting candidate communication and experience, maintaining accurate recruiting records, and completing related administrative tasks.
Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership, this position coordinates interview scheduling, manages candidate logistics, and supports day-to-day recruiting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities while providing a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate in-person, virtual, and panel interviews, ensuring candidates and hiring teams receive timely information, necessary materials, and appropriate accommodations.
• Support candidate communication throughout the interview process by providing timely scheduling updates, confirmations, logistical information, and follow-up coordination.
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate records of interview stages and hiring progress
• Post and maintain job postings in ATS and various job boards
• Prepare interview materials, confirmations, and follow-up communications to ensure a seamless hiring experience
• Assist with general HR administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 1+ years’ experience in HR and Recruiting or similar role
• Experience in scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and managing recruitment workflows
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Familiarity with HR processes and administrative tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple interview schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Preferred:
• Bilingual in Mandarin, Spanish, or Vietnamese is preferred

Location & Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position based at AOI’s corporate and advanced manufacturing campus in Sugar Land, Texas. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to operational or cleanroom areas.
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time, with occasional schedule flexibility required to support recruiting activities or business needs.
