Job Summary
We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to support the implementation and monitoring of site safety programs for our engineering projects. This role is essential in helping maintain a safe work environment, coordinating safety training, and assisting the Safety Officer and project teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
Expected start date: March 16, 2026
Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily safety walk-throughs and reporting safety observations
  • Coordinate safety trainings and ensure proper documentation
  • Maintain and organize safety logs, checklists, and safety data sheets (SDS)
  • Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations
  • Assist in incident investigations and follow-up procedures
  • Facilitate bilingual communication of safety information and policies
  • Promote a culture of safety and encourage reporting of near-misses
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in Safety, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in safety coordination or related support role
  • Familiarity with OSHA requirements, PPE protocols, and safety documentation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30, CPR, First Aid) are required
