Chief Revenue Officer

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is the executive leader responsible for driving all revenue generating activities across the organization. This role unifies Sales, Marketing, and Global Revenue Enablement under a single strategic vision. The CRO ensures the company achieves predictable, scalable, and sustainable growth by aligning teams, optimizing processes, and identifying new market opportunities.


Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build and lead high performing teams across sales, marketing and revenue operations, including North America, Europe, Taiwan, Australia, India, and Southeast Asia.
  • Establish clear objectives, forecasting models, and performance metrics to ensure predictable revenue growth.
  • Partner with the executive leadership team to shape long term business strategy.

Sales & Go to Market Execution

  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from pipeline development to deal closure and expansion.
  • Optimize go to market (GTM) models, including segmentation, pricing, and channel strategy.
  • Implement scalable sales processes, methodologies, and enablement programs.
  • Drive expansion into new markets, verticals, and customer segments.

Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Align marketing strategy with revenue goals to ensure consistent pipeline creation.
  • Oversee brand positioning, product marketing, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Ensure tight integration between marketing and sales to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.

Revenue Operations & Analytics

  • Oversee revenue operations to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Implement systems and tools that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision making.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

Customer Success & Retention

  • Partner with the customer success team to develop strategies that maximize retention, expansion, and lifetime value.
