Responsibilities of the job:
  • Daily cost and revenue Auditing
  • Record Inter-Company accounting transactions with other locations
  • Trial balance maintenance, including Cash receipts and disbursement activities, and general journal preparation etc.
  • Perform tasks associated with monthly financial statement closing
  • Analyze select Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
  • Research and respond questions from Headquarters or other offices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office & email applications
  • Intermediate Excel skills, working with multiple spreadsheets, are required
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while working collaboratively as part of the team
  • Well-developed problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong analytical abilities, numbers and detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within tight timelines
  • Ability to work flexible hours with some weekends and evenings
