This role involves developing and customizing AFSIM-based solutions focused on Electronic Warfare and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, while leading small teams and interfacing with government stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom AFSIM solutions to support mission analysis and system evaluation.
โ€ข Serve as a technical lead for AFSIM-based efforts, providing guidance to junior engineers and analysts.

Qualifications:
Required:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical field.
โ€ข Strong programming skills (e.g., C++, Python, or similar).

โ€ข Ability to work on-site in Crane, IN and collaborate in a classified environment.
Preferred:
โ€ข Active TS/SCI clearance.
โ€ข Deep familiarity with AFSIM architecture, scripting, and plugin development.
โ€ข Experience integrating AFSIM with mission-level or constructive simulation environments.
โ€ข Knowledge of electronic warfare, RF systems, or spectrum operations.
โ€ข Experience with MBSE tools (e.g., SysML, Cameo, MagicDraw).
โ€ข Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
