The Rudolph Libbe Group is a leading, full-service provider of construction and facility solutions headquartered in Walbridge, Ohio. Founded in 1955, RLG operates as a single-source partner for clients across diverse industries, offering expertise in construction management, design-build, energy solutions, and ongoing facility maintenance.
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead to join our team in Northwest Ohio. The Data Analytics Lead drives enterprise analytics across construction operations, project management, finance, and corporate functions. The role directly supervises, coaches, and develops a small BI team, while personally building the data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions that improve job-cost visibility, WIP reporting, forecasting, and labor analysis. It translates business needs into scalable data products and ensures reporting is trustworthy, performant, and governed.
Compensation: The starting salary for this position is $100,000 per year, with a range of $100,000-$115,000 based on qualifications and experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead the design, development, testing, and release of enterprise dashboards, semantic models, operational reports, and self-service analytics solutions.
-Deliver complex analysis supporting job cost, committed costs, WIP, earned value, forecasting, labor utilization, equipment, procurement, cash flow, and project controls.
-Lead and develop the BI team through workload planning, quality review, performance feedback, coaching, cross-training, recruiting, and onboarding.
-Manage the analytics intake queue and prioritize projects, enhancements, and production support based on operational and financial impact.
-Partner with internal stakeholders, application owners, and implementation vendors to define requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
-Establish consistent data definitions, calculation logic, source-to-target mappings, documentation, and reporting standards across Finance and Operations.
-Identify and address data-quality, integration, reconciliation, security, and access-control risks affecting critical financial, employee, customer, and project data.
-Support data warehouse, integration, MDM, and data-governance initiatives by defining business requirements, ownership, stewardship, controls, and operational readiness. Escalate material scope, timeline, data-quality, security, and integration risks to the Enterprise Applications Director.
-Drive adoption of governed analytics solutions through training, documentation, stakeholder feedback, usage monitoring, and retirement of approved redundant reports and manual processes.
SKILLS

-Five or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, financial systems, enterprise applications, or related disciplines.
-Two or more years of experience leading analysts, BI developers, or data-focused project teams.
-Experience supporting a data warehouse, reporting modernization, system integration, or data-governance initiative; direct implementation ownership preferred.
-Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, professional services, manufacturing, or another project-based environment preferred.
-Experience with construction ERP, project-management, estimating, field-management, CRM, HRIS, document-management, cloud data platforms, APIs, middleware, ETL/ELT tools, or data warehouse environments preferred.
