  • Strategy & Business Impact: Define and execute an enterprise data & analytics strategy aligned to business priorities; partner with executive leadership; manage intake, prioritization, governance; deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Enterprise Analytics: Own and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs; analyze performance; translate data into clear narratives for leadership.
  • Customer Insights: Lead customer segmentation; develop lifetime value models; analyze behaviors; partner with Sales and Operations on Voice of Customer programs; drive retention and growth analytics.
  • Data Products & Insights Delivery: Champion scalable selfโ€‘service analytics, design standards, data literacy; operationalize insights with predictive capabilities.
  • Data Governance: Strengthen data governance practices, stewardship, quality, lineage, access controls; ensure trusted data sources.
  • People Leadership & Talent Strategy: Lead highโ€‘performing analytics organization; establish career paths; handle hiring, performance management, succession.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Math, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in data, analytics, or BI roles, incl. 5+ years leading teams or enterprise initiatives; experience defining and executing largeโ€‘scale strategies.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders and driving crossโ€‘functional outcomes.
  • Experience with modern BI and analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of SQL or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of data architecture, pipelines, and analytics ecosystems.
Skills & Abilities
