Company is seeking a Tableau Architect to lead our enterprise Tableau environment and analytics strategy-someone who can architect scalable reporting, build high-impact dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility, customer-facing role where you'll partner across the business and with external stakeholders to shape how data drives decisions.

What You'll Do

Tableau Platform & BI Leadership

  • Architect, administer, and optimize Tableau Cloud (performance, security, scalability)
  • Manage user access, authentication, and external integrations
  • Define and enforce reporting standards, governance, and design best practices
  • Embed dashboards into applications and enterprise tools
  • Leverage Tableau APIs for automation and system integration

Analytics & Insights

  • Build interactive dashboards and executive reporting
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and opportunities

Qualifications

5-10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics / Reporting
Deep expertise with Tableau (Cloud, administration, architecture)
Advanced SQL skills (multi-database environments)
Strong experience with data visualization & dashboard design
Solid understanding of data warehousing, lakehouse, and data modeling
Experience building semantic layers & performance-optimized datasets
Strong communication skills-able to translate data into business insights
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Preferred 

  • Tableau APIs, dashboard embedding into applications
  • Experience with QlikView Tableau migration
  • Cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Python for analytics, automation, or integration
