JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Electronics Test Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic components and devices. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining testing equipment to validate the performance and reliability of electronic products. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to follow testing procedures accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Test Equipment Setup: Configure and set up electronic testing equipment and specialized testing fixtures.
Test Execution: Conduct a variety of tests on electronic components and devices to assess functionality, performance, and adherence to specifications.
Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the testing process, including the isolation of defects and potential root causes.
Data Recording: Record and document test results accurately, maintaining detailed logs and reports for analysis and quality control purposes.
Compliance: Ensure that testing procedures align with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines. Report any deviations or non-compliance promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with Test Technicians, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders to communicate test results, discuss findings, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Equipment Maintenance: Under Test technician supervision perform routine maintenance on testing equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
Process Improvement: Participate in the development and improvement of testing procedures and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Appropriate technical training; a comparable combination of work experience and education Experience: Previous experience as an Electronics Test Operator or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with electronic components and testing methodologies is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Experience in using electronic testing equipment and tools. Ability to interpret technical specifications and diagrams.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting test results.
Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report findings clearly.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and address issues during the testing process.
